Ten Thing of Thankful #27

First—I have made progress with getting back on track but am still behind in my absolute favorite course so far, which is Infrastructure Services. It has the coolest and sometimes a bit challenging labs (Ansible) so far, and I have somehow managed to fall behind a bit. Hopefully, next week I will be back on track there too.

Second—Windows Administration course should soon have an exam, which means it may end soon… I have to finish up a few homeworks, but since I feel like an 80-year-old on an Android phone for the first time navigating the Windows UI (I didn't even think I would be so rusty, as I have had a very similar course before…), I thought I would leave it closer to the exam.

Even if I am allowed to use the Internet and AI, I don't wanna feel like I am lost all the time looking for things lol.

Third—I should have a bit of time next week to get through all the fun things, as in labs. Am currently doing the theoretical stuff and leaving the fun courses for last because at least I won't be worried about the sheer amount of material in the Cybersecurity and Cryptology course before the exam… if I keep myself on track there…

Fourth—Denise, for giving us the prompt word surge for the six-sentence story this week. Somehow, I looked at the word, and already five minutes later had my fingers on the keyboard. Please do check out the bloghop; there are some super awesome writers there.

And in a way, I do identify with Abigail, but I have not yet painted the cabinets. I like them here lol…

Fifth—Ten Things of Thankful bloghop. You can access all the posts from the widget above, and also, btw, you are invited to participate. As you may notice from all the other posts too, there is no fixed format for expressing your gratitude.

What is so cool about this particular bloghop is the way it makes you see the good in your own life, and also, in the past months, we have had some people show photos of their road trips. Super cool.

Sixth—the communities from the bloghops. Seriously, it is so cool to be a part of something so old in this day and age.

It reminds me of the days when I too was blogging and using the internet for the connections (those who know my old handles know), not just for fast entertainment like the social media of nowadays. I am so thankful to have found myself in a place like this.

Seventh—Music. Currently, am listening to a bit of a different type of music than usual. I don't think that many people know, but I also enjoy some electronic music, as in this playlist.

Eighth—our coffee machine. I just get out of bed and push a button to get a perfect café crème, and so on for a third time in a row each morning until I hear my brain buzzing. Then I know I need to begin writing or studying lol.

Ninth—Dark chocolate with raspberries. I inhaled that thing in one go.

Tenth—last week I bit the cat because he bit me after rubbing himself against me and begging me to pet him… he got mad at me because my hands were full, and once I put the things down to pet him, he bit my hand.

What a jerk.
