This Six is a bit of an experiment. Those who have followed me for a while may remember my first Sixes, and I wanted to play with my storytelling a bit, to see if I still got it in me to write in this way, lol... or sorta like that...
I have been crazy busy these past two days because I had some personal affairs to take care of and was away from my school things for a bit longer than I anticipated... However, in the middle of this chaos, this eccentric little Six came to me partly by itself... partly because I read Misky's entry (including my alter-ego Aurelia) and mostly because Denise offers us a chance every week to write exactly six sentences and include her given prompt word AND! Share it with the community through the link-up—Most Importante—it keeps the whimsy in my life by practising creative writing.
Btw, !!!!SPOILER ALERT!!!! That classroom scene is based on a real story from when I was in first grade... but we did basic arithmethics instead, and I yelled that I wanna draw and sing, not do maths... haha... it was not the last time a teacher had to get me out from under the desk... now maths haunts me in ways I never anticipated but...
Six Sentence Story #27
They told her mother that she was simply too much to handle.
That she loved to inject herself into every discourse and seemed a bit aloof when things got serious—well, it seemed so, that they so loved to paint her as "an attention-seeking-youngling", describing her behaviour as erratic and often disruptive.
But what she still cannot fathom is why anyone should deal with anything that doesn't surge through one's synapses with a-little-bit-of-dopamine?
Once, in the middle of a maths class, she would climb under the desk and yell: "I curse that Archimedes, Euclid and Pythagoras—I cannot take no more of this—I want to sing and draw and dance until I cannot take another step!"
Well, it is no surprise that even his mother warned him to be careful of this one; this one seems to bathe in the glory of the attention of the other people—always has a jest to play out—obnoxiously exuberant—clearly doesn't have the slightest clue of how a lady should present herself in a crowd—or so she would claim.
But he thought that one must distrust anything that pretends to be simple—when one is after true love that is—so he brought her flowers, wrote a poem or two, but she didn't take his persistence as love—more so—she may have thought he was love-bombing her—soon will put her on a leash like a darned dog, or something of sorts.

That is the first time I’ve heard someone curse Archimedes, Euclid and Pythagoras. 🙂 Nicely told tale.
Oh thank you, at first it was simple math and once it got to geometry I don’t know how… But it was so darn boring. University math was something different though…
I adore this! How perfect: “I curse that Archimedes, Euclid and Pythagoras—I cannot take no more of this—I want to sing and draw and dance until I cannot take another step!”
Oh yes, Reelika, sing and draw and dance. Brava!
Awe. Thank you so much! And though I didn’t comment yet, I did snoop at your story too. Loved it so much!
Love it 🥰
