Work and Bipolar Disorder

This post is going to be about my experiences about work and bipolar disorder, my fails and my gains. My experiences with depression and mania. Also a little look back on the weirdness of mine of which in no way am I ashamed of. Accepting your needs and illness is a long bumpy road. And fighting the strength to forgive oneself the wrongs is the hardest thing I have ever had to do.

My audio recordings.

I have been away from my blog for a while, I am so sorry, truly I am. I had a lot on my plate from dealing with bipolar depression to deciding to leave my job. I am feeling a lot better now, after a rest and making myself get out of bed and do my art, not hibernate. I promised to share my audio recordings but I have, in fact, fallen short of my own words.

Pianoforte – a Short Story

This is a new short story of mine that came to life from me listening to Chopin’s Nocturnes on repeat for the whole night. In no way do I say that the male character is him in this story… And I just love the word “pianoforte”, it sounds beautiful to me.

As of 14.10.2022 this story is up on different streaming platforms, remixed and mastered. Fun fact is, this is the only story I did not rerecord.

Pianoforte – a Short Story

With her fingers lightly gripping the quill, the black ink smeared on her fingers, and across the paper if I may paint her clumsiness and lack of etiquette, she tried to write him another letter. But what was there for her to write about? After all, they had never met. She had seen him once from the crowd as she watched his fingers dance across the keys of a pianoforte while clutching her mother’s hand to calm her nerves.

Dead Poet – a Six-Sentence Story

About the writing

Listening as I write this one: Vitali – Chaconne (live) played by Emilie Autumn

This piece is also my baby, I really like this one. Some people can perhaps already tell that this was kind of inspired by the lovely artist I listened to here. My god the 16-year-old me loved her to bits.

About the Writing

I was prepared to dive into the spooky and horror, to show off the different sides of my voice on the recording. But well, the prompt word took me someplace else. And my interpretation of the male character in this story left me dry… But id became one of the most romantic pieces I have ever written, especially through the eyes of a man. I think I personally quite adore this one.

Creative Writings

Sharing My Creative Writings

Throughout my life, there have been many things that I have wanted to do. But mostly I have been kept back by my insecurities and anxiety. I truly am, what one would call “my own worst enemy”. I have always wanted to sing and share my creative writings with other people or start a new blog. Perhaps it just was not the time for me, until now.

About the Writing

I have decided to add audio to some of my writings.

Even if I dabble in singing (and harsh vocals) I have always felt very insecure about my voice, especially about my ‘SSSS’, but here we go.

As of 14.10.2022 this is the only story on which I will keep my old recording up on, because it is the first time after all the fear I felt encouraged to continue recording my voice.

A poet, a writer (Master of escapism)

A poet, a writer (Master of escapism)

As of 14.10.2022 this story is up on different streaming platforms, rerecorded, remixed and mastered.

I used to believe in something, like stars being the souls of the lost, my father being one of them. As well as I used to read faerie tales over and over again… or believe that I will spend an eternity loving the same boy I fell for when I was nothing but a child. I had my whole life written in fantasy and laid out in front of me. On some days I fought dragons. Other days I cradled the scorching sun in my arms and called it a lover.

About the Writing

I originally wanted to write a poem but lost track. I couldn’t make it long or short enough to qualify.

So I ended up with this. I don’t know why but I am really into writing poetry and stories about unrequited love… Yes, I have felt it. But this is not the only love I have known, neither is the most significant one. There is the silent admiration of someone you think is cool… and the love for the man that sleeps next to you… Both are prettier.

a Lady In-Between – a short fiction

Short Story, lady in between.Another short fiction that was written by me. Here we travel into the thoughts of a single mother after a few years of her mate’s suicide. I really like this one and It is about someone I know. The circumstances were different, but I think she can find herself here. You are strong, I am here for you.
