About the Blog and The Author
Hello! My name is Reelika Pedak. I am an indie author/artist from Estonia, Viljandi, that also narrates her own audiobooks.
When I first started narrating my audiobooks I was very insecure about my voice. Up until that pint I was unable to even sing in front of other people because of anxiety. This blog and sharing my creative work with other people has proved to be an act of rebellion against my fears.
I have been writing for as long as I can remember. I didn’t speak more than 3-word sentences up until the first grade and always found my imaginary worlds more interesting than socializing. I enjoy my alone time, wine, chocolate and coffee while writing. Am currently working on my first novel “the Girl That Dissolved Into the Air” that talks about a lady with dissociative tendencies. Life in her youth with toxic parents, bullying, bad friends, and first signs of her mental illness.
I created this blog in the Spring of 2022 to make a home for, and share my creativity and those worlds with others. I hope that you can find pieces that resonate with you and that give you some sort of positive emotion.
I am also a singer for a modern melodic metal band called Chaos in Spring. Find us on streaming services such as YouTube and Spotify.
Fun Fact: I have a name sister, so if you google me there are two of us.
