This is the audiobook version of my six-sentence stories on YouTube (Lyric Videos), they were originally written for a challenge on my blog here. I am very happy that I found them for they reignited the burning desire to write stories and pushed me to do audiobooks.

If it wasn’t for the challenge I would never be here, doing what I do now. It gave me the boost I needed so please check it out… others’ stories can be found in the original posts…

Poetry Book no I – ACT I

Poetry book no. 1. ACT 1 Background, blue butterflies, spiders and spiderwebs

Omg, omg, omg !!! Finally, after so many years of dreaming… You know, the kind when you lay in the bed just imagining… making up worlds and places. Do people still do that? I can surely say that I have spent the majority of my life daydreaming, being told that it was in vain… But well, I can now say that I do have a poetry book.

I must confess, it is not in the format I had originally imagined it to be. Why? Because rather than traditionally publishing it to fulfill the dream. I published it on my blog and streaming services for free… Didn’t think that I would ever show my voice, so audiobooks were a surprise for me too… For so far I had only sung or recited poems into the void of my solitude. When nobody was around to judge.  However… I truly, well… kind of… am happy with it.

Happy enough for the first book.

Poetry Book no I – ACT II

Cover for the ACT II. Includes blue butterflies, spiders and spiderwebs.

Omg, omg, omg !!! Finally, after so many years of dreaming… You know, the kind where you lay in the bed just imagining… making up worlds and places. Do people still do that? I can surely say that I have spent the majority of my life daydreaming, being told that it was in vain… But well, I can now say that I do have a poetry book.

The poems were too short to be uploaded separately… But they do tell a story in 20 of them separated into ACT I and ACT II. So to get the whole story you may want to read the other post first. Also there I talk more about the book itself.

Here, in this post…

In this act, I have focused on heartbreak and acceptance.

Playing as I edit the post for final edits: SKYND.

Dead Poet – a Six-Sentence Story

another six-sentence story, a dead poet

Another week and another six-sentence story, a dead poet… Hmm… I wonder if this one will be about the poets or the readers. Perhaps a little bit of both… but I guess we will find out soon.

Listening as I write this one: Vitali – Chaconne (live) played by Emilie Autumn

This piece is also my baby, I really like this one. Some people can perhaps already tell that this was kind of inspired by the lovely artist I listened to here. My god the 16-year-old me loved her to bits.

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.

PROMPT WORD:  BOOKMARK

Others’ Stories can be read here. A few days later I noticed I forgot to add a link… Am sorry, it is here now.

All of my Sixes can be found here.

the Wonderful Blog I found the challenge from: our amazing GirlieOnTheEdge.

Late Mornings – six-sentence story

Late Mornings - six-sentence story, excerpt

Another week, another six-sentence story, this week was a bit unexpected for me personally… Let’s hear “Late Mornings”. I was prepared to dive into the spooky and horror, to show off the different sides of my voice on the recording. But well, the prompt word took me someplace else. And my interpretation of the male character in this story left me dry… But id became one of the most romantic pieces I have ever written, especially through the eyes of a man. I think I personally quite adore this one.

The prompt was created by our wonderful girlieontheedge

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.

PROMPT WORD:  COFFEE

Romantic Poem – She Still Lingers

The Romantic Poem - She Still LingersThere is a funny story with this particular romantic poem of mine. It goes as: Once upon a summery night. With equal parts of wine and music. I went out with a friend of mine… We drove the roads in Hiiumaa. Well, damn it. Yes, it is a lie… Already! We had a sober driver!!! He was the one doing the operating of moving machinery. There were three or four bottles of dry red wine.

MMM. WINE!!!

Elixir of life and good decisions if you ask me. Anyway… My friend invited a beautiful girl to hang out with us. I had never seen her before but as she sat down on the asphalt to roll herself a cigarette… her long blonde hair covering her face with the wind… Can you see where I am going with this?

Does this (Imagine a down arrow here) qualify as a poem too?! Oh, there are two… wow. You are lucky!
